Jeld-Wen Names Livingston Chief HR Officer

Jeld-Wen Holding Inc. appointed Wendy A. Livingston to executive vice president and chief human resources officer. She replaced Tim Craven, who previously announced his plan to leave the company in July. Livingston has more than 25 years of human resources-related experience at global organizations. She joined Jeld-Wen from Spreetail, a multinational e-commerce company, where she served as the chief people officer. She also spent more than 20 years at The Boeing Company in positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president, corporate human resources, and vice president, talent and leadership development.
Husen to Lead Interlock and Caldwell

Interlock and Caldwell took the next step in combining by appointing Axel Husen as president and CEO of both companies. Husen says he is confident the integration will succeed.
“We are much stronger together. I’m excited about the opportunities that brings to us and our customers,” he explained.
In April, the two companies combined sales teams.
Roto North America Hires Wood

Roto North America announced that Steve Wood has joined its sales team as a business development executive. Based in Utah, Wood graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational communication. According to company officials, he has experience collaborating with a sales team, promoting new business in the swing patio door and commercial aluminum market. Wood reports to Dan Gray, director of sales.
Andersen Appoints Nordaune Senior VP

Andersen Corp. appointed Andrea Nordaune to senior vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary. The decision follows the retirement of Alan Bernick, who served the company for 23 years.
Nordaune began working with Andersen in 2000. Her most recent position was as vice president, general counsel and assistant corporate secretary.
She is the first woman appointed by the company to this executive-level position and will oversee a team of over 25 professionals.

Unicel Architectural Names Greg Kirkman Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager

Greg Kirkman has joined Unicel Architectural Corp. as a sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, covering South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C. He previously was the director of sales and business development for Keystone Hardscapes.
Kirkman is a graduate of Louisiana State University, having studied business and finance. Unicel officials say he has a “rich history of sales and business development.”

American Renolit Hires Banda American Renolit recently hired Juan Banda to serve as a technical support person.
In his new role, Banda assists companies in the lamination market by offering assistance for issues pertaining to the whole lamination process. Officials said the goal includes having him support not only American Renolit brand films, but all films. He can also help with machine issues and overall operation concerns and “will be an important technical support person to the whole industry,” officials said. [DWM]
